Every year we bring five selected Maisons to a restricted group of Champagne lovers.
Our Ultimate Champagne Evening is a unique opportunity to taste and learn about the most exclusive Cuvées in the UK market surrounded by like-minded connoisseurs.
The Wine Gang spends the whole year shortlisting the best Champagne in the world to bring you a curated selection of the (ultimate!) crème de la crème.
Throughout the evening each cuvée is presented by a Gang member served alongside pairing high-end canapés.
There will be plenty of time to mingle and get to know the Gang and representatives from the different Maisons.
AND you'll leave with a premium goody bag that includes a comprehensive tasting brochure and, of course, a bottle of Champagne!

Ultimate Cuvées presented at the event:
Philipponnat
Philipponnat crafts its wines using exclusively first press juice from the finest grapes, mainly from Premier and Grand Cru plots, and is committed to harvesting grapes when they reach greater maturity than the average in the Champagne wine-growing region. A portion of the wines is fermented or matured in casks; aging in wood gives them greater complexity without in any way coarsening them. With a distinctive style that does not yield to trends, the House produces a range of Champagnes which are, first and foremost, wines: flavourful, powerful and well-balanced. Their aromatic intensity (a particular characteristic of Pinot Noir) provides a common thread; freshness and minerality gives them their structure. This perfect balance between intensity and freshness is maintained with a low dosage.

Charles Heidsieck
Charles Heidsieck was founded in 1851 by the original 'Champagne Charlie' who popularised champagne in America with his extraordinary wines and dazzling character. Just like his wine, Charles was a man of style and depth, of conviction and character. Today Charles Heidsieck is one of the world's most awarded Champagne Houses.

Cattier
Champagne Cattier is an independent family House, currently run by Alexandre Cattier, the thirteenth generation of Cattiers to work the vines since 1625 and the fourth to produce their own champagne. The House, based in Chigny-les-Roses, grows 33 hectares mostly of which classified as Premier Cru, which have been planted and developed by the family over the generations. It also owns one of the latest Clos of the Champagne area, le Clos du Moulin, a magnificent 2.2 hectare plot planted in 1950, half with Pinot Noir and half with Chardonnay.

Louis Roederer
Founded in 1776 in Reims, Louis Roederer is an independent family-run champagne house directed by Frédéric Rouzaud, the seventh generation of the family.
All of the Maison’s vintage cuvées are from their own estate grapes in the Grand and Premier cru vineyards of Champagne. Respect for nature underpins everything, and all of the Roederer estate vineyards are farmed organically, with 50% using biodynamic principles, making them the largest organic farmer in the region.
